Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be allowed to reschedule unless an emergency can be verified with documentation.
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in the full service fee being charged.
If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated and can sometimes help avoid cancellation.
Rescheduling is allowed one time without any additional charge or new booking fee.
If you need to reschedule more than once, I kindly ask for documentation of the reason (such as medical, legal, or emergency-related).
Please note: The $50 booking fee is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or multiple reschedules.
